Founder and CEO
Dina Shoman is the Founder & CEO of inHerQuests, an upcoming social enterprise based in NY that focuses on empowering girls under 18 through various platforms. She previously served as EVP and Head of Branding at Arab Bank (’06-’12) and served as a Member of the Board of Arab Bank plc, as well as its related entities in Switzerland, Tunis and Australia. Dina also served on the Boards of a number of reputable NGOs in Jordan, including the Jordan River Foundation and Injaz, and was the Chairwoman of Oasis One for Training. She participated in two climbing teams (Everest Base Camp and Kilimanjaro) that raised over $2 million for the King Hussein Cancer Hospital. In 2012, Dina was selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) and Member of the Global Agenda Council on Values by the World Economic Forum (WEF). In 2012, she ranked third out of 100 of the most powerful Arab business women in listed companies by Forbes Middle East magazine. She holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Bentley University and is pursuing a certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
