Elaine Bowers Coventry
Elaine Bowers Coventry is the Partnership Director for The Coca-Cola Company. She developed the basis of engagement with the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community and The Coca-Cola Company. Global Shapers are influential Millennial Leaders, organized into city-based groups, located in over 300 cities across the world. Elaine works closely with the World Economic Forum, as well as the 3000 Young Leaders that comprise the Global Shapers Community. She developed the partnership strategy and led operationalization of it across 207 countries within the global Coca-Cola System. She also created a global grant challenge for the community, helping accelerate innovative projects that Shapers are leading in their local community. Over 6 million people have been positively impacted by the projects submitted in that challenge. Prior to this role, Elaine held a variety of roles in Global Marketing and Commercial Leadership at Coca-Cola, including Group Director of Global Shopper Marketing. She led strategic shopper marketing initiatives with the largest global customers and Coca-Cola System colleagues around the world. She has helped foster women’s development at Coca-Cola. As VP of the Coca-Cola Women’s Forum/Linc, she led the establishment of field chapters totaling over 1,500 associates in 11 countries. Elaine enjoys cross-cultural interaction, snow skiing, cooking, and hiking.
